Looking like the offspring from a mating of a Lamborghini LP640 and a Lockheed Martin stealth jet plane the Reventon is Lamborghini's super-exclusive range-topper for its wealthiest customers. Just 21 examples will ever be built - 20 customer cars and the single prototype that introduced the car to the world. The price for that exclusivity is a cool one million Euros, before local taxes. So for a Reventon in the UK think in excess of £1m. That figure pales when you consider that the Reventon makes Ferrari Enzos, Porsche Carrera GTs and Bugatti Veyrons look common, customers in this sphere craving exclusivity whatever the cost.
Performance isn't actually that much improved over the LP640 that the Reventon is based on, but given that is already one of the world's fastest cars this is hardly a complaint. If the exterior is dramatic then the interior is pure theatre, the instruments looking just like those on the stealth planes that the Reventon's lines hint at. Don't ever figure on seeing one though, owners more likely to leave them parked up in car collections than ever risk taking them out for a drive.
